Custodial/Commercial Cleaning Staff
The average age of our commercial cleaning staff is 43. Most of our employees are recommended to us from existing staff and stay with us an average of three to five years. All employees are screened prior to beginning work. The screening process includes: drug testing, personality testing, police background check, and checking of references.
Our floor care staff is recognized as one of the best in St. Louis. Our technicians are trained for several months in a Journeyman capacity and work their way into a Master Floor Technician spot. We stress a high level of detail to include thoroughly cleaning of corners, edges, and door jambs. A Master Floor Tech can spot strip and blend damaged areas of wax.
