I would recommend waxed if you have speed hooks and unwaxed if your boots have all eyelets. Speed hooks could possibly catch and snag unwaxed flat laces. These are strong Nylon flat laces which are much tougher than the typical cotton flat lace. Aglets are 4mm

Waxing can be added to help the laces stay tighter

The ends can be waxed (standard is the last 12 inches of the laces)

although you can be different

These are strong Nylon flat laces which are much tougher than the typical cotton flat lace

that is why waxing isn't offered for this color

so will not fit in most dress shoes or dressier boots

well because it turns yellow
