The Wheated ManThis beer was born from a trifecta of wheat malts, brewed with a hefty dose of brown sugar and gracefully aged in high age statement bourbon barrels for 29 months. This behemoth stout was brewed with a mlange of wheat malts contributing a rich and decadent mouthfeel that carries through the entirety of the palate. A hefty addition of brown sugar marries with dark crystal malts for a depth of caramel and toffee notes. This batch was aged in all Heaven

All grains used in the nine different lambikken were all sourced from Pajottenland

brûléed sugar

Collaboration with Messorem - Double IPA with Citra

Fijne balans tussen fruitsuikers

spicy rye heat and deep sherry-like depth

and fermented in French oak foeders with our wild yeast prior to bottle conditioning

then of course we hit it with our double secret smoothie treatment of sea salt

You get a totally different aromatic contribution from them and it leads to a decidedly different beer that we can only make once per year around hop harvest time
