Slovenian Beehive Panel Painting | Woman & DevilI picked it up just because we love a little devil around here, but ended up learning something: Slovenian beehive panel painting is a traditional folk craft, often depicting biblical or fairytale figures. Satiric images of overbearing wives are common, apparently I found several examples with this image of a devil sharpening a womans tongue. Its a vintage rather than antique piece (not from 1908) but I thought it was too funny to pass up. Refer to
