It is likely to be Edwardian and is a long steel pin with a gorgeous Art Nouveau abstract design very typical of Horner. It is nicely stamped for the maker and also for sterling with a pretty whirl and ball design as shown. It is in very nice antique condition measuring 6. 5 inches long.
