I originally named the tea "Saffron" because it made me think about the differences between Yellow tea and other categories of tea

White Peony has more flavor and mouthfeel compared to Silver Needle due to it is plucked with one or two leaves and a bud

Because of the craft that goes into taming a tea grown into this terroir

until my marketers told me that "Saffron tea" is a thing already
